ABOUT ME

Hi! I'm Camille.

I'm a pelvic and women's health physiotherapist and mom to a wonderful 1-year-old daughter.

I chose to pursue a career in physiotherapy with a focus on women’s health as I love helping women prepare their bodies for birth, supporting my clients during the perinatal period, and normalizing pelvic health concerns throughout the lifespan.

My additional postgraduate training allows me to assess and treat a variety of pelvic health conditions. My approach is holistic, focusing on empowering my clients with education, promoting mindful movement, and providing hands-on treatment to facilitate their journey towards optimal health and well-being. My goal is to help every client (re)connect with their bodies and rediscover the joy of doing what they love.

When I’m not practicing, I enjoy travelling, baking, gardening, and spending time with my family.
